Plan
of Salvation
| Salvation is a gift that God gave His children by sending His only
begotten son, Jesus, to die for our sins. The Bible tells us that Jesus is
the only way to God - "I am The Way, The Truth and The Life, no man comes
to the Father except through me." Sin created a break between God
and man and Jesus is the bridge that connects us back to God. Knowing Jesus Christ as
your personal Lord and Savior is the most important decision an individual
can make. Below are a few scripture references that will help you
know -- beyond a shadow of a doubt -- that Jesus Christ has saved you.
If you would like to talk with someone about making a decision for Christ,
please contact the church office and a staff member would be happy to talk
to you (336)227-2910. |
Repent (Acts 17:30)
In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all
people everywhere to repent.
Believe (John 3:36)
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the
Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him.
Confess (Romans 10:9-10)
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in
your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is
with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
Receive (John 1:12)
Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he
gave the right to become children of God.
